Description: The client was looking to replace an existing branch that was poorly located within the selected Gaylord market. We had previously conducted a study comparing potential markets that would fit Community Financial Credit Union (CFCU)’s branch goals.
Using that information, we carefully selected a location on the West side of town. The site purchased was a part of a larger site, which we helped CFCU secure a buyer for. CFCU’s new site has excellent retail traffic drivers, access and traffic counts that are guaranteed to set them up for success. We helped them work through a few potential environmental issues on the site, and we were able to confirm that they would not affect development.
CFCU already had an existing prototype layout and look that they just wanted to tweak a bit to fit their needs. Frank McFadden and his team were able to incorporate all of the desired changes as well as update, relocate and resize the branding components to make the space unique to the Gaylord market. The client was very happy with the results, and feels confident in their ability to bring in more business at their new site.
