Description:  The client had previously purchased an existing office building in an excellent market to transform into their new headquarters. The building had existing tenants to work around and required phased construction of the three floors. The new branch was to be located on the bottom floor of the multi-story building.

Although we had already developed a branch in Dearborn for Chief Financial, they wanted a unique look and feel to this new branch. It took Frank McFadden and his team a few revisions to get the look right, but we were ultimately able to meet and exceed client expectations. The new-look fits in well with the community and has already received various positive reviews from members.

Despite a small site, we also redesigned the parking lot to incorporate a drive-up ATM and updated the rear entrance with a sleek glass system. The client now feels confident in the work environment they provide their employees. Overall, the new building fulfilled and exceeded the expectations of Chief Financial Credit Union.
